On 12/22 the coaches will all meet w/the league coordinator to compile the teams. (8 teams of 10)
This will not be a draft but an effort to make our best effort to balance ALL teams. Multiple coaches will work together
as a team to spread out the experience/height/etc. as best we can.
Coaches sons will be placed fairly based on
experience.
To be consistent:
- We are unable to match-up of players/friends/etc. ahead
of time.
- Coaches sons will be placed on the same team provided both players are not both in the top 10% experience-wise.
