to franklinhoops@yahoo.com. Following each tournament the Jimmy Fund forwards us a letter verifying our donation amount and this is
forwarded to all participants (parents) and volunteers. Any previous letter is on file should you wish to retain a copy.

(a) In Nov 2008 a payment of $1530 was made to the Franklin
Schools to reserve
Horace Mann, Oak St, & Sullivan for the day. The increased lease fee was based on a Restructuring of the Facility
Use Fees across all Franklin School Gyms. This increase has impacted Rec, CYO, Metro and all sports that use School
Gym Time off-hours. For this reason, the player registration fee needed to be increased from $20 to $25. (Sullivan
was not needed based on registrations received by the deadline of 12/17 so we canceled on 12/18 are being reimbursed
$520 putting our expense down to $1005)
(b) Since our tournament is a charitable function to benefit the
Jimmy Fund and our event is officially approved by Dana Farber, we
are covered under a 5 million dollar umbrella
insurance policy to cover our liability requirement by the Franklin Schools...$0
(We receive
a letter of coverage from Dana Farber for each school
and forward this to the superintendent's office
prior to our
tournament.)
(c) Pisano Design (Union St Franklin) is our vendor for shirts.
These shirts are $6 each which includes the front/back screens.)
(We will need one for each player , one for each Student Volunteer and the remainder will be given as
thanks to our Corporate Basket & Shirt Sponsors.) We have ordered a total of 350 shirts...$2100.

Lanyards, First Aid Kits, Ice Packs & Flip
Scoreboards were all purchased for the 3rd Annual Tournament...$0
(e) We have Certificates
provided by the Jimmy Fund for the
Division Team Winners as well as the individual Hotshot, 3-Point,
and
Foul Shot Champions in each Division. We purchase trophies for the 3 on 3 Champions at each level....$175 (AAA
Trophies)
