Shirt Distribution Plan

I picked up the shirts on 1/14 and want to attempt to distribute as many ahead of time as possible.  We have a packed day so I'd like to minimize what I need to take care of the day of.  Please review the process below and do your best to help accommodate this plan. (same plan as every year to date)

Shirt Pick-Up is 12-1 in the Sullivan School front lobby on Saturday 1/17. (My son has T-Ball afterwards so need to bolt promptly at 1PM.)

If your son is on a team (i.e. 3/4B, 5B, 6/7B, 8B)...

I will be distributing these shirts as a set of four to the first parent from each team that arrives. That parent will be responsible for distributing the shirts to the team either in advance or the day of. I STRONGLY suggest you communicate with your other parents to work out a  plan of who will get the shirt. (Each year I have a parent or two looking for their child's shirt and another parent has already grabbed them.)  Please make your best effort to have one of the parents pick up the shirt or another friend grab the shirts for your team. My goal is to have no team shirts by 1PM on Saturday. I realize 12-1 is a busy time but hopefully you can find someone to grab them. (I'll make note of who grabbed the shirts for each team if you don't know after and e-mail me sat or sun)

If you don't have the e-mail of the other parents on your team, drop me an e-mail and I'll cc the other parents on my response to you and you can collectively work it out. 

(I don't need to know ahead of time who is grabbing the shirts..I'll know by who is at Sullivan on Sat from 12-1.)

If your son is playing in the 1/2B level...

If you'd like, please swing by and pick up your son's shirt from 12-1 on Saturday. (You can also have a friend pick up your son's shirt if you'd like) If you cannot, Ben Richardson (son Brendan 2nd Grade) will have the remainder of the shirts the day of prior to the start of play.  (The kid's shirts for 1/2B are Carolina Blue)

If your daughter is playing in the 1-8G division...

If you'd like, you can pick up your daughter's shirt from 12-1.. (You can have a friend pick-up your daughter's shirt if you'd like.) Else, Ed Cousineau (Daughter Rachel...4th grade) will have all the remaining shirts the day of prior to the start of play.  (The 1-8th Girls will be wearing Light Pink this year.)

If your son is reffing in the 1st shift (7:45-11:45)...

Nancy Palazini (sons Joey & Matt) will have the Volunteer shirts for this group of HS Students.

If your son is reffing in the 2nd shift (12:15-3:30)..

Lauren Lannon (son Dylan) will have the Volunteer shirts for this group of HS Students.

If your son is reffing in the 3rd shift (3:30-7:30)..

Mike Vinson will have the Volunteer shirts for this group of HS Students the day of. 

Volunteer Shirts are Celtic Green this year...
